There is good reason why there is such a buzz about this movie. Brilliant on all accounts: emotive and engrossing story, cinematography, sound/music, concept – its a truly great film.

I particularly enjoyed earlier portions of the movie when the story centered in the actual slums. Having experienced such 3rd world squalor first hand livng in Tanzania for two years in the mid-90’s, I feel it important for Americans to get an unfiltered glimpse of what so many in this world endure on a day to day basis.

What a tale. Go see it.
