The McSURFnTURF and The McGangBang – Combining the uncombineable…

I had heard of the McSurf’N'Turf for several years – although I was unable to confirm its existence until very recently. There was a Jack Black promo for School of Rock or some other movie where he went through a drive-thru and created a McSurf’N'Turf.
The McGangBang is utterly ridiculous and has gained a cult following across The Internets as individuals attempt to order it by name from various McD’s across the U.S.
