Dear Hewlett-Packard (HP),
I bought your HP Mini netbook under the assumption I would be able to connect it to a monitor for presentation purposes. However, since purchasing said netbook (which I’m quite happy with btw), I have been unable to obtain the cable necessary to perform the connection mentioned above. One of the main selling points for netbooks is their small form factor which makes traveling and doing computer aided presentations a breeze.
I kindly request that you please make more of these cables, or that you fix whatever problems may be inherent to said cables. Otherwise, I may be forced to dump the netbook on e-bay and purchase a competitor’s product. That in turn would leave a bad taste in my mouth vis-a-vis your brand and chances are I would not be apt to purchase an HP product in the future.
Regards,
Rob Rubinoff
