There are times when I feel industrious and have an urge to add a new skill. I’ll download an Android SDK or some sort of intro Ruby On Rails tutorial with the hopes of getting on board with what seems like countless other people in my industry. Most of the time what happens is within minutes I’m stumped. I see a command like and I throw spaz hands in the air like a little girl at a haunted house.
Then I see kids like the one above. Developing iPhone apps and killing it in the App store. The App Store!
Rob lives and works in the town of Jackson, MS where he leads the interactive department at an awesome advertising and branding agency. Life is slower than most places in Mississippi, and Rob tends to like it that way. Some of his favorite life experiences include sailing across the Atlantic Ocean in a 44ft sloop, learning to speak Swahili while living along the lower slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro, and zipping along the curviest of Mississippi country roads in his VW Rabbit.
